Species YOU can help‼️ …will you catch them all?⚡️😉 The ENDANGERED green sea turtle in the Indian Ocean depends on nesting beaches in the Seychelles for their survival 🐢 Imagine migrating many miles to lay your eggs on the beach you once hatched on, only to find it destroyed for a luxury hotel development, facilitated by @rosewoodhotels 🚧 Not only does it affect nesting mothers, but nests themselves are being directly damaged 🥚 Light pollution from the construction is already being reported - this risks confusing baby turtles who naturally follow the moonlight to reach the ocean. They could end up crawling to artificial lights instead! 💡😢 Nature had this figured out perfectly.
