After many years of traveling the world and meeting new people, I have had the opportunity to connect with one of my own. @alpha_1_athlete aka Karen Skålvoll is an amazing #alpha1athlete that has taken her self to other limits. Fighting a Rare disease is not easy and definitely with an oxygen tank on your back. This #superwoman has inspired me to really stay as active as I can and following each of here steps has made stronger.
