RIP JACK 💔🖤🙏🌈 Fly high with the angels with a heavy heart I have to all let you know that JACK left this world peacefully yesterday afternoon.unfortunatly this happened far quicker than we all hopped.please believe me even if he has been just 6 days with his beautiful foster mom JACK left us with a full heart and knows now what it means to be dearly loved. I am unbelievable greatful that we where able to make this happen for him 🖤🙏🌈 .🌈 until we meet again my beautiful boy 🌈
