Lawyer Rick Collins on the criminalisation of anabolic steroids in the United States. The Anabolic Steroids Control Act of 1990 placed them in Schedule III of the Controlled Substances Act, and it was opposed by both the American Medical Association and the Drug Enforcement Administration. Congress passed it anyway.
