• Building, Nine floors on a quiet street in Sơn Trà: the façade on Phước Trường 11, the lobby, the stairwell and corridors, the rooftop, and the bridge-inspired design the place is named for. 25 rooms, four to a floor.
• Rooms, Inside the 25 rooms, Cosy, Cozy Sea View, Deluxe, Deluxe Sea View, the balconies, the big windows, the beds made up, six rooms with connecting doors, and the small details of a room turned over for the next guest.
• Food and Drink, The Deck bar and café and the 100-square-metre kitchen: breakfast, banana coffee for takeaway, cocktails, the ginger shot, Vietnamese meals cooked with Thanh, the Ceviche pop-up sessions, and six years of what was on the table.
• What Is Here, The Pier co-working floor with its desks and wifi, the open-air workout room on the third floor, the transit desk that rents you a bicycle or a scooter or books your train, and the laundry.
• Atmosphere, What the place is actually like to be in: the morning light and the sunsets off the balconies, the garden and the plants, herbs for sale at reception, cherry blossom in the lobby, Moon the resident cat and his Husky girlfriend, the weather rolling through, the slow afternoons, and the green-hotel identity the owners built the whole concept around, their claim about themselves, stated as one.
• Staff, The people who run it, the "Our Team" introductions from 2020 where each person writes their own hello, the reception desk, and the housekeepers whom the 2026 captions describe as an X-Men team keeping the peace.
• Guests, The people who stayed, and the warmest thing in the archive: Ben and Lucille leaving after 214 days, Jonas twice over, a birthday at the hotel, then goodbye and Lithuania, Agnit, Matt the "star guest", John's testimonial. Photographs taken by guests are credited to them by name.
• Things That Happened Here, A co-living hotel doing what a hotel does not: a free mindfulness workshop advertised as good for people dealing with anxiety, a Vietnamese language exchange, a German-speakers' meetup, a public appeal for ukulele players in Da Nang, handmade scrabble stones, Jessica Parks' charity headshot sessions, the Ceviche pop-ups, expat gatherings at the end of 2020, and every Tết, Mid-Autumn, Christmas and Women's Day in between.
