Feature documentary on Mel Cheren, who founded West End Records and bankrolled the Paradise Garage, with Danny Krivit, Louie Vega, Nicky Siano, Joey Llanos and Tony Humphries. It is the business and the friendship behind the club, told by an openly gay label owner who later put his money into AIDS activism. West End is where much of the Garage's own record supply came from.
