Footage from the last stretch of resistance to the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act, filmed around the November 1994 Royal Assent and drawing in the No M11 Link Road campaigners who had been fighting evictions in east London. It records the alliance the Bill created between ravers, travellers and road protesters, the constituencies it criminalised together.
