Around eighty minutes of Ron Hardy working the Muzic Box, in the best-sounding tape of him in circulation. Hardy played harder and more violently than Knuckles, ran records at the wrong speed on purpose, and premiered tracks that Marshall Jefferson and Larry Heard brought him straight off the machine. The room was Black, largely gay, and existed because nowhere else would have it.
