Rave culture twenty years after the Criminal Justice Act

A short documentary piece marking two decades since the 1994 Criminal Justice and Public Order Act, filmed among a festival crowd and asking what the law actually did to the culture it was written against. It puts the Act's Section 63 'repetitive beats' clause in front of the people living with its consequences.
