Lokerse Feesten
The legendary Belgian music festival on the Grote Kaai in Lokeren. Since 1974, every early August, Lokerse Feesten has packed ten days with one of the most eclectic line-ups in Europe — punk and new wave, pop and rock, hip-hop and Flemish acts — from the Sex Pistols and Iggy Pop to Pet Shop Boys, Blur, the Pixies and the homegrown heroes. Fifty years of one of Flanders’ best-loved festivals.
