Finally, spring has reached Finnmark and a fresh crew of volunteers had their first day in the field today. 730 kg of plastic pollution was collected by 7 beachcleaners in less than 4 hours. Finnmark is among the hardest areas to clean, due to rugged terrain, exposed areas with poeerfull swell from the Arctic seas, and the lack of infrastructure. Nevertheless, an important area to clean, to protect the most pristine and vulnerable nature still left barely untouched by humans. @rydd_i_tide @handelensmiljofond
