We are living in crazy times and the world feels pretty heavy these days. And it’s so easy to become a bit numb and blind to it all, just staying in our own safe little bubble, shielding ourselves from everything that’s going on outside. But I love this quote by Toni Morrison: «No more apologies for a bleeding heart when the opposite is no heart at all. Danger of losing our humanity must be met with more humanity.» So I am inviting you and myself to stay soft, to protect the part of us that winces at pain and injustice, to love gently, to feel the grief that matters, to fight back with fierce kindness, to do what we can to make this
