THIS IS OF COURSE NOT TO SAY YOU SHOULD JUST CLOSE YOUR EYES FROM EVERYTHING THAT IS HAPPENING AND JUST GO SURFING! I just think we also need to love nature and connect with it and keep our own joy alive, if we want to fight for a better world sustainably. No one is winning if we burn out. And ideally, I would like to act from a place of love, not fear. And when everything feels overwhelming, I just like going back to the roots of it all - my inititial WHY.
