83% of the trash we collected outside Honninsvåg is related to the fishing industry, 7% to other industries and about 9% seems to have a domestic source, like food packaging and a car-tire. Catalogizing and documenting our findings is an important part of the process to reduce plastics in the ocean, as we can work on solutions to reduce the emissions from the source. This cleanup was a collaboration with @nordkappmuseet and individuals from the local community were taking part in the project. 422 kg of trash was sorted and the total amound of objects was 731. We can clearly see a difference between beaches close to city centres and
