PERISO SA of Pazzallo, Ticino, and the diamagnetic-therapy devices it builds — the CTU Mega 20 pump and the CTU S-Wave — seen through the company’s own films: clinicians demonstrating protocols, La Liga and Premier League medical rooms, the training academy, and the international congress that formed around the technology. A record of what the company and its clinical community have shown and said. Note on evidence: systematic reviews of electromagnetic and diamagnetic therapy report low to very low quality evidence, and nothing here should be read as establishing that the treatment works.

- The company & the technology — PERISO SA, based at Pazzallo in Ticino, builds the CTU Mega 20 — a device applying a high-intensity, low-frequency pulsed magnetic field (quoted at 2 tesla, 7 Hz) — along with the CTU S-Wave. These are the company’s own presentations of what it makes.
- In the clinic — Clinicians demonstrating how they use the devices: where the applicator goes, which settings they choose, how a session is structured. Technique demonstrations by practitioners, not trial results.
- In sport — The devices in professional sports medicine rooms — Deportivo Alavés in La Liga, Nottingham Forest in England — where recovery equipment is bought on clinical judgement and turnaround time.
- The Academy — PERISO Academy: the training webinars that teach practitioners to operate the equipment, and the online sessions run during the COVID period when in-person training stopped.
- The congresses — The International Congress of Diamagnetic Therapy — first held 20-21 June 2022, second in 2023 — where the clinicians and researchers working with these devices present case series, mechanisms and open questions to each other.
- Air treatment — The company’s other product line: air sanitisation and filtration units, pushed hardest during the COVID period under names including MGVK.
- Distributors & clinics — The devices seen by other people — the distributor network in Spain, Italy, Greece and Asia, and the clinics and sports teams that bought them. Made by resellers and practitioners rather than by PERISO, and reaching back to 2016, three years before the company’s own channel starts. Reseller marketing is still marketing: these show what the sellers say, not what trials show.
- — The manufacturer promo, as distributors ran it. PERISO's promotional animation for the CTU Mega 20 — the cell-level CGI and the 'transdermal molecular shift' caption. Uploaded in April 2016 by Fisio Emax Salud Integral, a Spanish practice, this is the earliest copy online and predates PERISO's own channel by three years. At least three distributors posted the identical 3m38s film under their own titles, which is how the product was actually marketed across Europe.
- — Pompa diamagnetica, Naples. Studio Delos, a physiotherapy and speech-therapy practice in Naples, shows the diamagnetic pump in its sports-physiotherapy room in 2017.
- — The CTU Mega 18, on Italian television. The predecessor model — the CTU Mega 18 — featured on the Italian health programme Medicina 33 in 2017, uploaded by the distributor Meditek Service. The clearest surviving record that the product line ran a generation before the Mega 20.
