Postcard advertising Chinatown nightclub performer Mae Tai Sing

A colour linen-texture postcard published by the Tichnor Brothers, billing Mae Tai Sing as an elected queen appearing in person at a California statehood centennial celebration. It belongs to a run of Tichnor cards promoting musicians and performers working in San Francisco's Chinatown. The card survives in the Boston Public Library's Tichnor Brothers collection.
