London Breed concedes the mayoral race at City Hall

Mayor London Breed addressed reporters at City Hall on 7 November 2024 after conceding to Daniel Lurie, ending her tenure as mayor. Lurie led every round of the ranked-choice count and took the final round by more than 34,000 votes, unseating an incumbent with a candidate who had never held office.
