In his first State of the City address Daniel Lurie pointed to declining crime, an expanded police hiring pipeline, added treatment capacity and a recovery-first approach to fentanyl, alongside a Family Zoning plan, permitting reform and childcare subsidies. The speech closed his first year in office.
