An Apple shuttle is blockaded in the Mission

Footage of the 20 December 2013 blockade of an Apple commuter shuttle in San Francisco, organised around evictions and rising housing costs attributed in part to bussing tech workers to Silicon Valley. It followed the first major blockade on 9 December at 24th and Valencia, when activists stopped and boarded a Google double-decker. The protest era ran from December 2013 until the permanent Commuter Shuttle Program took effect on 1 February 2016.
