Stand Fast: 40 Years Defending Fish

Sea Shepherd has been removing illegal fishing nets and challenging poachers in oceans around the world for the past forty years. The United Nations believes two-thirds of the world’s fisheries are fully exploited and 26% are over-exploited, which means that only 10% of our planet's fisheries are actually healthy. Today we're focusing more than ever on putting an end to illegal, unreported and unregulated (IUU) fishing before it's too late for fish populations to recover.
