Judge overturns BLM's controversial adoption incentive for wild horses

Las Vegas station reports that a Colorado federal judge vacated the BLM Adoption Incentive Program on 3 March 2025, finding procedural failures. The programme ran from 2019 and was ended by a court on NEPA and APA grounds, not by Congress.
