Flax and Valor were my first two wild horses, adopted at the same time. Flax is from the rugged Pryor Mountains of Montana, and Valor grew up in the vast grasslands of Theodore Roosevelt National Park. Both were raised on sparse prairie grass, sagebrush, and dirt, thriving in a dry climate their bodies evolved for over generations.
