39. 2026-05-18 - The passing of Lama Ole Nydahl. On 18 May 2026 Lama Ole Nydahl died peacefully at the age of 85 in Immenstadt im Allgäu. After fifty-four years of teaching he left behind a worldwide lineage of more than 600 centers and a Buddhism made at home in the West.
