Later, people used the phrasal template "Yes, I'm X" and Yes the Pizza is Aggressive. The main sounds used in the Druski Dancing memes were a hip-hop / rap beat with overblown 808s (Osamason's "5") and an acapella version of Mac Miller's "Knock Knock" with the lyrics, "Crazy ass kids come and knocked up on your door so / Let 'em in." Heading into 2025, the Druski Dancing memes became increasingly absurd and associated with Brainrot as nonsensical captions or purposefully illegible walls of text were added overtop. Many of the captions started using the slang terms TS and PMO which were often misused for ironic effect.

The trend also manifested in combination reenactments in which the scripts of each viral video were mashed into one transcript by the person talking in a given video. The song became a prevalent sound effect on TikTok, typically used in makeup transitions, dance videos and animation edits in the summer of 2025. Notably, in late June, a video posted by TikToker @3kittycatss showed a white cat swatting and pawing at the camera to the beat of the song, gathering over 280 million views in a week. Also in late June 2025, the French soccer team Paris Saint-Germain F.C. (PSG) posted a TikTok video of their goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma singing the song.
