The Llullian alchemical corpus

A large body of alchemical works circulates under the name of the Catalan philosopher Ramon Llull (though he himself condemned alchemy). The "Llullian" corpus, with its combinatorial diagrams and elixir of life, becomes a Renaissance bestseller.
