Life’s been one huge roller coaster lately.

Life’s been one huge roller coaster lately. From feeling completely helpless in the face of a development bigger and more destructive than what my brain can comprehend to feeling an overwhelming amount of joy and gratefulness for the community that this fight has created. It breaks my heart to write that construction on Assomption is moving forward despite local outcry, despite 115 pages of scientific reasons why it shouldn’t and despite all of the wildlife that will suffer the consequences. But it also brings me so much joy to remind you that we are not going anywhere. That we have already moved mountains and that we will keep moving mountains. If you haven’t already, join the fight. It’s an important one. #friendsofaldabra #savealdabra
