Day 6 in our Aldabra Christmas Series! Today’s animal is the Red-Footed Booby (Sula sula). 🦶 They’re named for their bright red feet, and known for their clumsy take offs and landings. 🏝 Aldabra hosts the largest known red-footed booby colony in the Indian Ocean. 👫 Males and females both incubate the eggs - teamwork! 🦀They are hunted by coconut crabs.
