Muscle dysmorphia: when you’re never big enough

ABC Science on muscle dysmorphia. The condition was conceptualised in the late 1990s, initially under the term reverse anorexia, and is recognised in DSM-5 as a specifier of body dysmorphic disorder where the concern is that the body is too small or insufficiently muscular.
