An outbreak of intoxications sweeps Poland after people smoke a synthetic-cannabinoid herbal blend branded "Mocarz." More than 200 people are hospitalised within days; the compound MDMB-CHMICA is later identified as the main cause. 2015 becomes the record year for NPS intoxications in Poland.
