EU directly challenged Rama. @cristina_guarda , an Italian Member of the European Parliament and part of the EU–Albania delegation, has directly challenged Edi Rama over the Vjosa-Narta amendment. Rama told the public that they had misunderstood the vote through socials. But Guarda says Rama’s version does not match what the European Parliament actually approved. What a strange reality.
