Yesterday’s protest in Tirana has outgrown one resort, one investor, one Trump-linked name. It has become a people’s movement for transparency, accountability and dignity. Albanians are saying something Europe must hear: public land is not a toy for billionaires, democracy is not a concierge service for the ultra-rich, and no country’s future can be bought with a cheque. This is a European demand: clean power, fair rules, citizens first.
