Not only they would give you a bad rate, but they would also charge you a fee. It's easy to spot them as they're only marked with "ATM" sign. Find a regular ATM by a bank instead. Always decline conversion rate offered by the atm. If you're asked if you want to pay in local currency or your home currency, always choose "local currency" option.
