In the new Kanye West song Theraflu, he raps about how he fell in love with Kim Kardashian! Kanye West has dropped a new song online, and some of the lyrics reveal that he is in love with Kim Kardashian! The song is called Theraflu and we hear Kanye rap, "I'll admit I fell in love with Kim around the same time she had fell in love with him," obviously referring to Kim's ex-husband, Kris Humphries.
