Skaters move the hill bomb one block from the barricades

After the 2023 event ended in mass arrests, police barricaded Dolores Street to stop the annual hill bomb. Skaters relocated to a parallel slope on Church Street and bombed it instead; officers were present but did not intervene, and the gathering was far smaller than the previous year.
