The Flamingo Protest is in Brussels 🦩 This week, @ppnea was at the European Parliament to speak about the Flamingo Protest and the ongoing fight to protect Vjosa-Narta. A few weeks after the @europeanparliament 's vote and call on Albania to suspend the project in Vjosa-Narta and repeal the controversial law 21/2024, thousands of people continue to take to the streets of Tirana. In Brussels, we urged EU leaders to keep the pressure on the Albanian government to ensure it follows through on its commitment to align with EU environmental laws.
