Halloween block party fills a Noe Valley street

Avila Street's annual Halloween block party, filmed the length of the evening as neighbours and visitors gather among decorated houses. The neighbourhood parties have absorbed much of the costumed Halloween crowd since the city ended the official Castro street celebration.
