A €4 billion resort sold for €306,000. The share transfer contract, published by investigative outlet Shteg, shows the Dutch shell company behind Zvërnec sold the Albanian permit holder to a Qatari entity on May 7. The contract required €207,757 to be paid back into the company, leaving the Dutch side with around €98,000. It also makes the Dutch seller responsible for all liabilities from before the sale, including any investigation, current or future. The buyer starts clean. I’m not a journalist.
