Zara's frog-patch skirt

The denim skirt Zara pulled from sale in April 2017 after shoppers said its frog patches resembled Pepe. Zara told The Guardian there was "absolutely no link", and that the artist Mario de Santiago had taken the design from a wall painting he had made with friends years earlier. Other Twitter users argued the frog was Old Man Jenkins from Spongebob Squarepants.
