- AquasanaAquasana sells reverse-osmosis water filters in Tirana, and since the end of January 2026 it has posted about it roughly twice a day. The archive is that campaign: the machines and how they are plumbed in, the arguments about what comes out of an Albanian tap, the running joke at customers who follow the account and then keep buying plastic bidons anyway, and a steady stream of claims about skin, hair and hydration that are the company's own and are marked as such. Albania's water problems are real, supply that runs to a schedule, hardness that furs a kettle, chlorine you can taste. Whether a particular filter is the answer is a sales pitch, and this archive keeps the two apart.
- TelevisionThe box, not the programmes. Five men demonstrated working apparatus between 1925 and 1927 and this archive crowns none of them, preferring to show what each actually did: a ventriloquist dummy at thirty-two lines in a Soho attic, a model windmill transmitted to a Washington rooftop with the Navy watching, a single straight line in a San Francisco laboratory, and a Japanese katakana character at forty lines on a cathode ray tube. After that it follows the object: the veneered console that was furniture before it was electronics, the tube that made the cabinet deep, the spinning disc that lost, the factories that moved from America to Japan to Korea to China, the shops where crowds watched through the window, the repairmen with their valve caddies, and the lead-heavy glass that makes a dead set difficult to throw away. A mechanical colour system was the legal American standard for fourteen months, and almost nobody remembers it.
