A Chaos Communication Congress talk presenting Reticulum, a cryptography-based networking stack designed to keep working over high-latency, low-bandwidth and adversarial links using commodity radio hardware. It is a working example of the CCC's long-running interest in infrastructure that cannot easily be switched off.
