An argument that stripping out unbalanced trading, staking and player-killing drops, done to fight real-world trading, was the worst decision Jagex ever made. The changes gutted the Wilderness and the player economy and drove a large part of the community away. The eventual reversal and the creation of Old School both trace back to this decision.
