The RuneScape Classic funeral

A player gathering held in the last hours before the RuneScape Classic servers were switched off on 6 August 2018, recorded live as a funeral for the original game. Players collected in-world to mark the end rather than to play. It is the clearest community record of how the shutdown was felt.
