A public-domain vector drawing of a red paper party hat, uploaded to Commons in November 2007. Its file description states it was inspired by, but not derived from, the famous item in a massively multiplayer online role-playing game. The red partyhat, dropped during RuneScape's 2001 Christmas event, became the game's most valuable rare item.
