Rain pipe torn down at the Street Parade, still lying where it fell

The Commons file page dates this to the Street Parade of 8 August 1998 and its description says the drainpipe was pulled off a toilet block by a climbing raver at the 1997 parade and was still lying in the same spot a year later. It is the only image on Wikimedia Commons filed under any 1990s Street Parade year. The picture itself carries no DateTimeOriginal; its only EXIF timestamp is 2011-05-06, so the 1998 claim cannot be confirmed from the file. The subject dates from 1998; the photograph itself is later.
