A green street sign reading HAPPY BIRTHDAY STREET PARADE marks the 20th anniversary of the event. The 2011 motto was 20 Years Love, Freedom, Tolerance and Respect, echoing the 1992 permit wording of love, peace, freedom, generosity and tolerance. Roughly 900,000 people attended.
