The Congresgebouw in The Hague is an odd, blocky room with a stage that flatters nobody, and the band performs with the slightly tense politeness of a group that knows it is representing a federation rather than a country. The song is a proper rock-adjacent ballad, guitars holding the chord structure while Dervoz sings the title with real weight. Seventeenth of eighteen with ten points — a bad night by any reading, and one that obscures the interest of the entry itself.
