Joseph Goebbels: a biography

A biographical account of Goebbels from provincial failure to Reich Minister of Propaganda controlling press, radio, film and public spectacle. It is useful for the mechanics: cheap state-backed radio receivers, the coordination of newspapers, and total control over what a population could hear before any argument had to be won. His antisemitic incitement is described here as his campaign, not as a description of the world.
