Anglo-American infiltration operations and Kim Philby

Zog sought to reclaim the throne after the war, and MI6 and the CIA sponsored operations infiltrating Albanian émigrés into the country. Most of the parties were ambushed on arrival. The betrayal is attributed to the Soviet agent Kim Philby, then in a position to see the plans. The year given is nominal for the operation's period; Wikipedia's Zog article does not date the infiltrations. Philby's responsibility is the standard account but the scale of losses attributed to him varies between historians.
