Convention with Italy on the National Bank and a loan

On 15 March 1925 Zogu's government signed a convention with Italy establishing the National Bank of Albania and promising a loan of 50 million gold francs. The Albanian legislature ratified the arrangement on 22 June 1925. It was the founding act of Albania's financial dependence on Rome.
