June Revolution: revolutionary forces take Tirana

On 10 June 1924 revolutionary forces converging from the north and south entered Tirana, and Zogu fled to Yugoslavia. Around 600 of his allies went into exile with him. The revolt was a coalition of nationalists, liberals and disaffected officers rather than a single party.
